1. Processing Time

Each product is made and packed by hand.

  • Orders are typically processed within 3–7 business days after payment confirmation.

  • For made-to-order or customized pieces, preparation may take longer — we will notify you by email if additional time is required.

  • We do not process or ship orders on weekends or Turkish public holidays.

2. Shipping Locations

We ship from Istanbul, Turkey, to most international destinations. If you are unsure whether we can ship to your country, please contact us before placing your order.

3. Shipping Methods and Delivery Time

  • Domestic (within Turkey): 1–5 business days after dispatch.

  • International: 7–21 business days depending on destination and customs clearance.

All orders are shipped via trusted courier or postal services such as PTT, DHL, or UPS. Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as customs procedures or local courier delays.

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on the delivery address and package weight. The final shipping fee will be shown at checkout or confirmed through our payment partner, Shopier.

5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend checking your local customs regulations before placing your order.

6. Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to follow your package’s journey.

7. Delays or Lost Packages

While we do everything possible to ensure timely delivery, Hana Boutique cannot be held responsible for delays caused by:

  • Customs processing.

  • Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.

  • Events outside our control (e.g., strikes, weather, natural disasters).

If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us and we will assist you in resolving the issue with the courier.
